Coaching with funding from BAFA<\/strong><\/h1>\n

promoting entrepreneurial <\/span>know-how<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n

Small and medium-sized companies can have BAFA support their advice with us. Our customers can receive a subsidy under the following conditions:<\/p>\n

    \n
  • Young companies that have not been on the market for more than two years (start-up companies)<\/li>\n
  • Companies from the third year after founding (existing companies)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    No insolvency proceedings may be opened, which is already the most important reason for exclusion. Also excluded are the liberal professions (e.g. tax consultants), companies in primary agricultural production, fisheries and aquaculture.<\/span> <\/p>\n

    Existing companies may not take more than five days of advice. The days do not have to be consecutive. This limit does not apply to young companies or companies in difficulty. Here, the measure can be carried out and billed over the entire funding period (maximum 6 months).<\/p>\n

    APPLICATION<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Before applying, young companies and companies in difficulty must have a free information meeting with a regional contact person about the funding requirements. Existing companies are free to take advantage of an information meeting. <\/span><\/p>\n

    Applications for a subsidy to cover the costs of a planned consultation can only be submitted online via the application platform of the <\/span>BAFA<\/abbr><\/abbr> <\/span>be provided (see tab “Forms”). The applicant and recipient of the grant is the company being advised.<\/p>\n

     <\/p>\n

    COSTS & PAYMENT OF THE CONSULTATION<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Our special offer: Coaching over one month per topic = 1000 Euro net (each topic is treated over one month, you only pay for the topic you have chosen for the coaching). A coaching over 6 months (all topics) costs 4000 Euro if paid in one amount (then BAFA funding is also possible, see table below). Alternatively, a monthly payment is also possible (without BAFA funding) with 700 euros per month. This coaching also lasts for 6 months. <\/span><\/p>\n

    Some of the consultations take place via video conferencing. Please note that even if you would like to take advantage of BAFA funding, you will have to pre-finance 100% of the consulting yourself. Once the consulting has been completed, you will submit the complete application for funding with the consultant and will be reimbursed for the eligible part of the consulting if it is approved. <\/p>\n

      2. Topic on international purchasing<\/strong><\/p>\n

      • Mentality “Get to know and appreciate the Chinese business partner. This is China: country & people<\/span><\/li>\n
      • How do you get the best quality at the best price in China \u2013 even without flying to China? How do I proceed tactically in the negotiation?<\/span><\/li>\n
      • How do you get goods of average 1000 USD from Chinese supplier completely free of charge due to marketing measures?<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Professional drafting of supply contracts, what should be included in the contract and why? What can happen if this is not done?<\/li>\n
      • Sales tax must at least be laid out for imports (input tax), how can this be avoided, especially with large import volumes?<\/li>\n
      • Save on freight costs, how is that possible? What cost traps are there with freight, especially with CIF deliveries from China. How do you find the right logistics solution and what are the logistics processes. <\/li>\n
      • How do you recognize a reputable business partner (website, domain, address) when researching online<\/li>\n
      • Timings (production time, delivery time, etc.)<\/li>\n
